We decided to sell our house late last year. After we moved out, I began to make repairs, paint and dress up the appearance of the place. We didn’t know who we were going use as a realtor but knew we needed one with all the red tape required in such a major transaction. There were several realtors we were considering. The work on the house was overwhelming. It was much more than I had ever anticipated. One day another guy came by to say hello and give me his card. I thought, just what I need, another realtor to add to the mix. But I took the time to walk him through the property and show him all I was doing. My neighbor had worked with him years before and told me more about him. I have had a bad experience with realtors before and determined whoever we use to sell this house was gonna have a rough time with me. A couple days later he came by again asking me if I needed help with anything. As busy as I was, I didn’t have time to try and find the people I needed to help. Kelly set me up with the people I needed for the termite inspections, repairs, cleaning crew, landscaping and other areas of attention. Because of his many years of experience he was able to help us address problems, potential problems, and ‘get ahead of the game’. When it came time to select a buyer, Kelly had the candidates info organized and laid out in a way that helped us to see our options clearly. He always gave us all the information we needed, but would leave the decisions to us. I valued his opinions because of his experience. He was never pushy, yet he was never disengaged. I feel he had the right temperament to keep us comfortable with him. We recently signed the papers to open escrow. Everything was smooth because we had done our homework. As a recently-divorced, single woman, the process of finding and buying a home was a bit overwhelming. From the moment I started working with Kelly, things fell into place and flowed along smoothly and effortlessly. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the business of buying and selling a home. He knew my budget and the importance of working within it, which was very important to me.
Kelly handled all the details of my real estate purchase in a way that made me feel comfortable and at ease. He anticipated potential situations and took preventive measures before they happened.
